For years, Denny.Store has relied on the GLS shipping service for Italy and DHL for abroad. In addition to taking care of shipments, it also takes care of logistics.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment made, except for unforeseen circumstances.
The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment ("processing" status) and processed by our logistics. An order in progress cannot be canceled completely but it is not possible to add or remove items partially. From the moment an order passes to the "Completed" status (ready to go), changes of any kind are no longer permitted.
For orders under €2500, shipping costs will be automatically calculated for customers who choose to rely on one of our partners. For orders exceeding this sum, the customer will be contacted by our customer service who will calculate the exact shipping costs based on logistics directives.
The customer may not choose one of our couriers and will therefore have to give us the data relating to the courier to whom the shipment will be entrusted. (Attention: The goods of an order may be stored in more than one warehouse and therefore we do not guarantee that only one will be picked up.)

Orders are delivered to the GLS courier within 24 working hours of receiving payment:
- In Italy they are delivered within 2 working days, except unforeseen circumstances.
- In Europe, delivery times vary depending on the final destination: 3 working days, except unforeseen events.

If the courier does not find the recipient of the delivery at the shipping address, it will pass on the following working day. In the event that it is not found even the second time, the order will be stored at the nearest courier office at a cost of €1 per day to be paid by the customer. It will be possible to arrange delivery of the package a third time by contacting us.
Free shipping in Italy after €79 and abroad for orders over €279.

Returns and Refunds

Of course, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us with an email containing Name – Surname – Order No. – Reason – Photo s Denny.Store, in via delle Ninfee 24/26, 00172, Rome, Italy, tel: +39 392 806 7610, email: info@denny.store from Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration. To this end, you can use the attached standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

You don't like the item or you want to change size: the direct costs of the return are your responsibility. You can send with the courier you prefer. We recommend choosing a courier that provides you with tracking and proof of delivery. In case of exchange we will refund you within 2-5 working days the cost of the product and not the shipping and you can re-place the order with the item you prefer.
The item is damaged or sent in error: you will not incur any costs for the return. Send a photo to customer service who will either provide a direct refund or collect the goods at the expense of Denny.Store

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, excluding delivery costs except if the order was sent in error by us (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. Please send the goods back or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 day period has expired. The costs of returning the goods will be your responsibility. You are only responsible for diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Yes, of course you can pay directly on delivery with a supplement of €4.50
Of course, you can pay in 3 convenient installments with Afterpay or PayPal! Your total amount will be divided into 3 installments to be paid conveniently per month.

All products in the catalog are original and new.
If you are unable to access your profile, please check whether:

IF THE ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED: check the order tracking in the "My Orders" section and click on the van under the tracking column. If the tracking is not clear to you, you can contact us for more information. IF THE ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN SHIPPED: check the status of the order. If it is in "awaiting payment" status we are still waiting for your payment. If it is in "work in progress" status we are preparing it, if it is in "completed" status we will ship it the same day.
